Two-thirds of our military students are active or retired members of the United States Air Force, taking advantage of our partnership with the AU-ABC (Air University Associate-to-Baccalaureate Cooperative) program. American Sentinel offers a wide-ranging list of distance learning degrees for Air Force students, such as information technology, information systems, computer science, nursing, healthcare management, and business degrees.
Serving Air Force Students
Serving those who serve our country is our privilege. In fact, students from all branches of the service make up more than one third of our student population. At American Sentinel University, we are your partner in reaching your online military education goals.
American Sentinel University is Military-Friendly
Virtually Unlimited Flexibility
You decide when. Frequent relocations, changing work schedules, or demanding and stressful conditions won't keep you from pursuing your online degrees. Online degree programs with no set class or log-in times put you in command of your future. You don't have to be online specific days of the week or times of the day. Do your work on your schedule, when and where you have time - especially helpful for military students who can be deployed, moved or on TDY.
Global Delivery
Your mobility is not a problem. The unique benefits of online delivery mean you can begin and complete your online degree or certification from any point in the world.
Affordability
Your access to education is our priority. Tuition Assistance (TA) and VA benefits make distance learning degrees for Air Force students accessible for those committed to their goals. Military scholarships are available for active and non-active duty military students and their spouses.
Relevant Curriculum
You have world-class partners in your corner. We actively recruit faculty with real-world experience in the global arena to put invaluable tools in your hands that will increase your opportunities while serving and in post-Air Force life. Information systems? Healthcare? Business? Whatever your career path, coursework at American Sentinel benefits you in the position you have now even before you complete your online degree.
Military-Friendly Transfer Credit Policy
You have a head start. A no-cost evaluation review of prior college, military training, work experience, and CLEP & ACE can fast-track credit accumulation toward your online degree.
Customized Curriculum for AU-ABC Graduates
The AU-ABC (Air University Associate-to-Baccalaureate Cooperative) program guarantees acceptance of the total 60 credit hours of the service member's CCAF A.A.S. degree. Additional transfer credits may be awarded based on other college credits earned, various industry certifications, and other sources explained in our admission policy.
