Exam Objectives
Project+ exam is designed for candidates possessing at least 12 months of cumulative experience in leading, managing, and directing small to medium scale IT projects. Project+ examines the business, interpersonal, and technical project management skills required to successfully manage IT projects and business initiatives with a technology component. The exam includes sections on: IT Project Initiation and Scope Definition, IT Project Planning, IT Project Execution, Control and Coordination, and IT Project Closure, Acceptance, and Support.
