American Sentinel University students are required to have Internet and e-mail access, word processing software, file compression software (i.e. WinZip), a printer, and a Microsoft Windows-compatible computer.

BSIS and MSIS students are required to have access to the Professional edition of Microsoft Office 2003 or later edition. BSBA and BSMIS students are required to have access to at least the Standard Edition of Microsoft Office 2003 or later edition. BSMIS students who plan to take IS205 as an elective will need the Professional edition or a stand-alone copy of Access 2003.

Students who plan to take IS205 will need Microsoft Access 2003. Access can be downloaded for free from our ELMS site, purchased as a stand-alone product from numerous academic software vendors, or purchased as part of Microsoft Office Professional.
