Biography

Dr. Babb is Manager of Network Planning/Communications at The Irvine Company, the largest privately held real estate company in the country.

Dr. Babb has over twelve years management experience in the business information technology (IT) field, including hands-on, current management experience in IT within the healthcare industry. She has developed and/or taught numerous courses in Health Information Management systems and applications.

Previously, she was the Director of Network Infrastructure and Client Services for Standard Pacific Corporation, a Fortune 500 California-based homebuilder. She has also served as Director of Information Technology-E-Business and Infrastructure for IPC Communication Services, a multimillion-dollar multi-media company in the PC/OEM marketplace with four US and International regions.
