American Sentinel University considers students' privacy to be of great importance. We do not sell or rent any personal data that students submit on our Site to any third parties. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records. The University discloses education records without a student's prior written consent under the FERPA exception for disclosure to school officials with legitimate educational interests. A school official has a legitimate educational interest if the official needs to review an education record in order to fulfill his or her professional responsibilities for the University. American Sentinel University seeks to maintain the integrity and security of our databases. All other confidential data that you submit is accessible only to authorized employees of American Sentinel University.

American Sentinel University does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of thirteen through our website. If you are under thirteen, please do not give us any personal data.
