Dr. Germain Boer of Vanderbilt University Joins American Graduate School of Management Board

February 9, 2005; Denver, Colorado – American Graduate School of Management (AGSM), the premier online management education institution, has appointed Dr. Germain Boer to its Board of Directors.

A Professor of Management at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, he brings an impressive academic background in management education. At Vanderbilt, Boer also leads an entrepreneurship initiative and was instrumental in establishing the Nashville Capital Network, an organization dedicated to bringing together ideas and investors. Based on his extensive experience as an academic and entrepreneur, B�er also serves as a business advisor to startup companies. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, he was a Professor at Oklahoma State University and Texas Tech University.

Dan Coholan – Head of Royal Bank of Canada’s Capital Markets’ Communications, Media and Technology Investment Banking unit.
Dr. Richard Oliver – Provost of AGSM, and professor at Vanderbilt University and Cornell University.

With his election to the AGSM Board of Directors, Dr. B�er also joins the board of American Learning Solutions, Inc., parent company of AGSM.
