Major Findings
Overall, students are very happy with their experience at American Sentinel University! Based on your feedback, the two major improvements students would like to see are faster grading turn around time and increased interaction with faculty within courses. We hear you! Both of these areas have been steadily improving over the last year and we are planning to continue to improve our services throughout 2007.

After six months under the new term structure, students are evenly divided on its impact, with half indicating it has been a positive change and half indicating it has been a negative change. We recognize that changing from open-ended courses to the term structure has been a major adjustment for students, but we strongly believe that terms are the best way to help students achieve their goals in a timely manner.

American Sentinel University is proud to announce the appointment of Paul Capicik as the newly appointed VP Military Programs. Paul is a 26 year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, was a command pilot qualified in both fixed and rotary wing aircraft, and held several strategic and operational plans and program positions.

The Sentinel interviewed him as he was settling into the Birmingham office, getting his take on military education challenges and the challenges of his new role.
