Transition from the WebCT Learning Platform to Moodle
A.S. You!
The Case for Learning Computer Science

Transition from the WebCT Learning Platform to Moodle
For the past weeks, we have been announcing the transition from the WebCT learning platform to Moodle. Moodle is a course management system designed to bring the classroom to the student; it is used all over the world by universities, schools, companies, and independent teachers. American Sentinel University is proud to announce the transition from WebCT to Moodle beginning July 1st, 2006.

The last day to access WebCT will be June 30th, 2006. After this date, you will still go to your online classroom as before using these steps.

A.S. You! - Terms
We've had a lot of reaction to the announcement about the term schedule for classes starting July 1st. While there have been a few concerns expressed, we want to assure you that our goal is the same as your goal: to have you complete your courses and graduate!

So, rest assured we will do everything in our power to stay flexible and help you achieve your goals. Most of the comments we've received, like this one, have been extremely positive:

"I'm very excited about the curriculum changes bending more towards a traditional "term" structure. I think this is a great idea, and will help many people stay on track with their studies, myself included."

If you haven't read about the terms, do so as soon as possible by clicking here.

If you still have questions, call our Student Services office at 800-729-2427.
