Program Overview
The Business Informatics specialization option within the Bachelor of Science Business Administration (BSBA) program is designed for students to acquire additional competencies in the management of key information systems and utilization of data to make organizational decisions.Student will acquire a working knowledge of database, enterprise information, and management information systems. Students will also learn about the latest information security systems to protect the assets of the enterprise.
Program Objectives
In addition to attainment of general education learning objectives, graduates from the Bachelor of Science Business Administration program will be able to:- Create business database architecture
- Utilize analytic software to solve business problems
- Analyze and propose organization-wide information technology solutions which provide optimal support to improve the quality of operations
- Organize strategies for the protection of data, communications, and critical organizational information.
- Develop a strategic plan for adapting information systems solutions to improve the enterprise.
