Flexible Courses that Meet General Education Requirements

Sophia Pathways courses are ACE Credit® – recommended for potential acceptance at more than 2,000 colleges and universities. There are no text books to buy and no additional fees. Because they’re self-paced, you can take Sophia courses anytime you like — concurrently with American Sentinel courses, or breaks, whatever fits your busy life.

The American Council on Education’s College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE Credit®) has evaluated and recommended college credit for 15 of Sophia’s online courses. More than 2,000 colleges and universities consider ACE CREDIT recommendations in determining the applicability to their course and degree programs.
